so on one hand your thoughts are they may want too much of the pie and on the other things aren’t right and very suss from your experience. Which one is it? Surely if they are that suss in your experienced opinion you wouldn’t even entertain them striking a deal let alone feel that the hold up may be due to their conditions? I’d like to say I’m not having a go but I kinda am, not saying you’re guilty of it but it seems to me very few posters have a clear thought process and align their opinions with that process. Big statements and self contradictions along with blatantly false information seems the norm, sad really.
