It is also not easy to raise capital when you can buy the shares cheaper on **promotion blocked** (including fees). Then the entire management of E25 should subscribe to more shares so that the amount of $5 million is reached and more confidence is created for the future! It has not been a brilliant performance by the management over the past three years, we have to be honest about that.
