My question is - how are new development opportunities decided between NSR and this JV?
Who gets what? Are the best places going to the JV while we get the 2nd rate ones? Is it split fairly on a ranking system (#1 to NSR, #2 to the JV, #3 to NSR etc)
If GIC really wanted an exposure to storage facilities in Australia, why not just buy NSR shares?
