Fid, The reason it wasn’t announced is that it is not suitable for an ASX announcement. And I’d bet LC met with this chap when she was in the US. and congratulated him on his appointment.
There are criteria that listed companies need to comply with.
If you want this SP to reflect the underlying business it needs to be somewhere it would be appreciated like the Nasdaq.
In the meanwhile if you think it’s grossly undervalued then take the opportunity to load up.
