All forms of DLE have been reported to use huge amounts of freshwater. This has been known FOR YEARS and I can’t see how the report presents anything new. It seems to be a storm in a teacup.
Also, do you really think the Mile government would stop production from a major producer who contributes to the economy? or do you think it’s more likely they would just halt all development on other project that haven’t been constructed yet?
If Arcadium can’t do it, no-one else will be allowed to either.
The financial report needs scrutiny with a fine tooth comb to see if it is justified or a lot of if, buts, and maybes. I hope that they haven’t been cooking the books, it will be unforgivable if it is substantiated.
