It is evident that the Western Countries are treating China in a similar way to how Japan was treated in the 1930's which eventually led to war in the pacific. The lessons of the past have been forgotten and mistakes are being repeated. We need to recognise China as a world superpower, take note of their position in world forums, not set up trade barriers like massive import duties and produce a reaction as happened in Japan. US power seems to be in decline and it's time to interact with China like many other countries and not be left on the sidelines. If Chinese Economic demise is wishful thinking on the part of the US then conflict is inevitable.
