Such a sentence should not be for for falsifying records alone. Jail is what comes from knowingly threatening the lives of court officers, witnesses and all of their families.... including the judge's daughter.
To protect those associated with the case, the Marshall needs to take Trump into custody immediately the custodial sentence is passed.
