    Mitsubishi is building it with there expertise not MMX they just a partner a long for the ride.

    GBG still has it's agreements with the other port(can't remember name) to take it's IO till around 2015 any way so no drama there.

    Also talk of Chinese building is crap & would take the same time again to build as they would have to do the same things OPR is doing.

    I think they'd rather wait for OPR than start again with further delays.

    Plus someone on MMX said that GBG had shown strong support that OPR would completed in one of the CEO's presentations (not sure which - but was recent).
