Maybe they have decided not to sell but instead help Intec a long a bit. And maybe someone has come to their senses at La Jolla and realised they would be far better off to help make this a great company (as it actually has world wide potential) and make a very large profit from that instead selling their shares at shamelessly low prices. You know the old saying - " It's the people who sell the spades in a gold rush that make the most money". This is just a theory so DYOR.
