Those Non-Executive Directors will be aware of their duties as Director of a Public Company.
I am sure they know the Laws on Insolvent Trading.
New Debts could be:
- New Interest charges on existing loan/s,
- Class Action,
- ASIC Legal Actions,
- Legal fees defending the company,
- Accounting, Tax and ASX fees,
etc etc etc.
IMHO, Class Action and ASIC Legal Actions could run into tens of Millions.
I am sure Directors will be Cognizant of their duties as Director of a Public Company!!!
