yes, i believe every hospital/medical facility has to do their own ethical approval so yes, some will take longer than others. I don't see any reason why the bigger facilities (where our medical advisory board likely work) can start as soon as they have done this assuming FDA approval is also given. therefore some facilities will start before others. though i suspect the bigger facilities with the most patients will start first so this will help.
