would you seriously think it's reasonable for a ASX listed data service provider, to multi-billions $ international conglomerates, can sustain the operation with only $7m cash in bank account? 1 or 2 delayed payments from customers could instantly put the company into insolvency.
Is the 2nd CR necessary? Yes
Is $5-7m placement sufficient? dangerously NO
Could they raise at a price much higher than 55 cents? No, no one at that time would gave them the money without huge discount.
