@TheGardener Around 8 September 2023 you would have got a statement reducing your chess sponsored holding to zero. You would also have got an issuer sponsored statement showing your previous holding. You still have the shares (though likely worthless) just sponsored (record keeping duty) by Troy now and not by your chess/sharebroker. These shares can be sold (though you pay $150) to delisted so you can crystalise your loss. you need to sell shares or have a letter/declaration from liquidator stating "no reasonable potential to recover any value of your shares" or something like that before you can actually claim loss against your tax. maybe contact the liquidator. (unless someone already has and can post their letter here...). I think i will email liquidator/receiver also shortly. If i get a response will post.
