Whoever buys this probably won't be interested in accumulating on market. They will approach D Mac with a folded piece of paper with a lot of zeros on it (hopefully before the decimal point)
They will only care about the metrics that are provable - which will hopefully be available after PL6 is fabricated, function tested and then run through its paces.
The PR is about getting the company on investors' radars. All the timelines now are pretty well understood. Every passing week brings us closer to the completion of PL5. Many may not be willing to buy in just yet but at least they might decide to keep some powder dry to jump in once their buy triggers are satisfied. Not everyone has the same risk tolerance as those of us who have bought in early.
But how do they know to keep some powder dry for 4DS unless the company is on their radar? Hence the PR.
