BLT - i sold a stock in smsf to make room for BLT, phoned the company to ask about convertible note - never got the call back. Ended up leaving, will re-evaluate if they give La Jolla the flick.
Other companies i know of with conv. note funding by them are SSC, ESI & CDY.
