And WHY NOT? Haha ...this things just released a DFS and its worth 400-500% more than what its trading at.....even if we add another 250mill shares @ $5 to raise an additional 1.2bill! We've shown that at 100AUD long term IO price and a margin of 60AUD per tonne, 17mill tonnes * 60 margin = 1.02bill

RPST 40%: 1.02bill*0.6= 612mill

612mill/400mill shares = EPS of $1.53

PE 10 MINIMUM since 4th largest producer and 25year mine life = $15.30

PE 15: $22.95

****NOW if we use IO price of say 120AUD (remember this is AUD, and USD LONG TERM will prob head back up which is good for our project), we get an EPS of :

17mill * margin of 80AUD = 1.36bill

RSPT 40%: 816mill profit after tax

EPS : 816 profit/400 mill shares = EPS of $2.04

Give PE 10: 20bucks

give PE 15: 30bucks

THIS STILL HAS A LOOOOOOOOOOOOONG WAYS TO GO!

As u can see, even if we DILUTE an extra 250mill shares at say $5, we STILL waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay UNDERVALUED!

And the above scenario is quite EASY to acheive given that share price is now edging CLOSER to $5!
