@dave sss; it just doesn't seem to occur to some people that 'iron dome heat events' such as that underway in the USA at present will be un-survivable for those unable to access refuge.

What parts of India are currently copping wouldn't need to be much worse before it becomes an extinction event - 52.9'C is no laughing matter!

I'm stunned that they still don't even make connections when insurance premiums rocket and in some cases insurers withdraw from the market altogether.
