Trying to go lower. I got the dates wrong, thought to short fall would be announcement today but it looks like next Monday.
Anyway, got some more at 0.038 but still not confident. But, you do get a lot for the $28mill mcap this company has. The shortfall offer should still be opened, so anyone wanting a big (assuming a big under subscription) chunk at 0.04 call the company. Or buy cheaper on market.
