I personally have doubts Ukraine wil join NATO ....but they must be supported still so their borders are secure .....russia proof !

Interst only ....as a loan tecnically from those assets if you are aware how it's structured .
But Ukraine has claims on russia for the damage russia is doing in Ukraine and seems only fair .

I don't give a flying fick about whether the US$ is gaining or losing ground as fiat currency , let the market decide , I have no problems with that ......but that isn't the issue here .....russian aggression , russian expansion , russian disrespect of sovereignty ....these are the issues of this war ......why so many nations ....Serbia ,Quatar , Hungary etc all signed that paper in Switzerland effectively clling for putin to respect Ukraines sovereignty .

Even Chinas peace plan mentions respecting sovereignty .
