i haven't really seen any detailed analysis on HC(with numbers), but what are the chances that the independent consultant's BCFM simply doesn't stack up at current prices and the funding falls through completely?
I assume the independent consultant is going to have to apply some probability factor for Hydroxide falling further over the coming weeks and months?
