Gees Treed - you've outdone yourself this time! By your own post you've shown that the ZMB3 is EXACTLY a 4hr duration specified battery!!!!!!
The battery being specified does that power - no more. ZBM3s would do the job for power and storage (if you believe Redflow's datasheet). As I said ... this is EXACTLY Redflows sweetspot. wrt believing the datasheet, I suggest any prospective buyer starts with the BS efficiency claim.
Redflow doesn't have the cost, reliability, production capability, RTE etc etc to win this though. BTW where is the UL cert up to? Or warranty backing? Two more hurdles that'll change again with battery design change.
