NRC license application for the PLEF, and completion of the new GLE corporate and manufacturing facility in Wilmington, NC"

I am not concerned and think small delays are normal with this sort of thing. Its excellent news that they are making progress with other things too such as the land purchase and corporate/manufacturing facilities. We will need them to start manufacturing lasers very soon at Wilmington

26 years, I can probably handle a delay of a few months. Main problem is that it will delay my half yearly prediction of $15 till the end of the year
