I wasn't arguing the global approval part, only the US FDA approved part and despite the comma, I still understood it to say autologous MSC treatments were approved by the FDA. I just wanted to clarify 1. the controversy on this in the past and the FDA's action on closing those illegal stem cell clinics that promised miracle cures for all sorts of indications, 2. the fact that no "first-in-class" MSC treatment has been approved in the US because of the FDA's requirements before approving a BLA.
No need to pick a team, no need to start an argument.
