Note, they are quoting that part of Orinoco where it is TAR SAND like in Canada. The difference is, in Canada, you can extract them from surface.
Nonetheless, there are lots of other areas within the Orinoco belt, where its easily extractable.
Do you have any idea how Big the Orinoco belt is???
Further note, Venezuela daily production is nearly 900k barrels a day!!!
