re: Ann: Expansion Program and Revenue Projec... morley ... the announcement actually infers they WON'T be issuing shares to fund the expansion. It refers to "short term capital of $1.5M to $2.5M will be required from external sources". Being worded as short term (as in required FOR a short term) to my understanding is not shares. Well, that's how I read it anyway ....
