I wonder what they will do when the 32.2 mil in notes expire in December this year.
If they do not refinance then thats a lot of stock that will have to be sold depressing their NTA even further. They do not hold much cash according to the last mid-year report.
If they do refinance then it will be at much higher rates. This will reduce their profits and presumably their ability to pay dividends. Someone would lend them the money but maybe the security would be different this time.
I hope they do not issue new shares to replace the 32mil, diluting us current holders. They would have to issue at a discount to NTA to raise that kind of cash.
Time to monitor very closely.
