Hi Gareth. David has until the AGM in November. Under his 'custodianship' ship of the company we have seen a destruction of shareholders capital, a disaster of a Capital raising and the massive dilution, failed self forcasted KPI's, failure to capitalise our products, and failed to live upto his previous stated corporate achievements.
He has until the AGM to redeem himself otherwise he will be voted out with disappointment and disgrace by furious shareholders and this will damage and red-flag his reputation.
