According to Brazil's ANM (National Mining Agency) website, OZM's Salitre Niobium + REE Project exploration applications have been granted as have EQN's applications (Canastra Niobium Project) to the west and south of OZM. I've also got EQN and you can see in EQN's 12 February announcement the maps with the circular features and where EQN sits to the west and south of the big circular feature (map doesn't show it but OZM is to the east).
