I really do not understand your position, what do you want posters to discuss here, a failed IM3NY a graphite deposit that has cost $260 odd million dollars to get it to what stage at this point in time? It was shovel ready according to Frank in 2017!
I just don’t get you ASIC is suing Frank and Magnis and now that begins Friday and everything seems to be pointing at some very wrong doing’s here and at the very least misleading announcements with Franks name on them!
and yet you lament lack of discussions on Magnis projects! Seriously!!

You don’t seem to understand these accusations if proven right while won’t get SH money back will set a new precedent for other BODs and GM’s to not treat SH cash like it seems to have been treated here!
