I'm not sure if the numbers will stack up. If not my support for nuclear would be the need for domestic nuclear to support nuclear weapons. I suspect the only way to ensure sovereignty in the future will be to have a hypersonic nuclear deterrent, which I suspect is part of the unspoken agenda.
