There is a control risk in the prospectus on the stig for a reason.
Sigs maths is not my go but i think brian also wanted to dilute axel to do it was a billion it had to have been him @ bnp paribus now sitting at 7.5 if he takes it all up and others dont he sits at 15 presenting a control risk. Cant be having that sigs.
