Andrew i agree its a common enough problem but what i find unforgivable is no planning for it. This event had to have been built into the drill plan and fixable but no.
clearly they drilled to td ran a flow and the cake bloked back and choked, someone expecting an ann as is right dumped 20mill the sp dropped .6.2 on no news so they jumpr d early and the team for want or lack of a plan decided to drill on hoping toclear the slots , they then ran the 2nd flow same result and the 12mill dump came thats 2 leaks this time tho we got the ann at 5 aest.
thats how i see this whole shitshow a failure to plan for a common issue. Thats unforgivable.
