Yeah, IMO, the need for money in the short term, could have been handled differently ( better).
A CR for the $ million, to get NS over the line, and from there " grow organically"
And potentially a debenture issuing for the remainder, repaid via a monte carlo lottery.

Yes the board have been busy, alas, not in the SHrs interests, quite the opposite, even if unintended.
The reset must start at the board level, with a new broom given carte blanche, to do as they please, providing, its in all SHrs interests.
I wont outlay anymore money at this stage, if I'm affected by dilution, so be it.
Did the board put the sulphuric on the possible farminee major for a loan at commercial rates, to cover this shortfall ?
Is it still in the best interests of the company, to have a secure farmin partner, or roll the dice, and do some ( if the company makes it over the line),deep exploration drilling of its own and then roll the dice on farming out?
