Best timeline I'd guess, post EPA/Ministerial approval:
Formal offtakes 3-6 months
Finance +3mnths after offtakes
Final design and procure, confirmed transport/port contracts, etc in parallel with offtakes and finance, ready for signing
->DFS/FID
Completed production trials and optimisation, recruitment
Production start-up 3-6 mnths
=> prodn in 12-15 mnths from Ministerial approval
The last presso said construction in 6-8mnths from final approvals.
I'd include EPA/Minister/offtakes/finance/final DFS/FID all complete as "approvals" before that 6-8months starts, so consistent with the above
