It does not happen very often, we were hoping for $3 with the mre update at VMM or ar very least north of $2, but it fell back down to low 1s, MEI down from high 20s in January didn't help either.
Does not matter how good the quality of the resource is, you need pretty much everything going your way, the trend to keep going up and that takes a lot of luck, consistently good commodity pricing, constant good news, etc.
700% from 6c in a couple of months is already a lot to ask for.
