I could imagine that dual intratumoral injections would be tricky given the delivery site is the brain. However, neurosurgeons would have to be the most precise operators going around. Read the bios of the two NS at Peter Mac.

During the webinar, Rebecca suggests that there is a lack of experienced neurosurgeons in Australia who specialize in cell and gene therapy. After reviewing several lists of the "Top Australian Neurosurgeons," it is evident that none of the listed bios mention immunotherapy, CGT, or CarT. While these neurosurgeons excel in surgically removing tumors, they don't have expertise in treating them with immunotherapy. What baffles me, though, is the necessity for a neurosurgeon to be involved in the engineering of the CarT cells as such... unless it is more practical to have the surgeon involved in the process from cell manufacturing to injection.

What is positive is the fact that Rebecca describes CHM-1101 science as "stunning" and that the delivery method is being addressed from the perspective of commercial viability!
