The business would never have been in a position to go under if it wasn't for him. He was the architect of the whole shambles. We should all be glad he fled Australia with his tail between his legs after being shown the boardroom door. I pity the poor Kiwis for having to accept him back into their country (although they're probably grateful for him living on an island off the coast) and for now having to experience his unique brand of customer service excellence. Pfft.
