Been doing some checking on Xstrata's previous forays into M and A where they don't seem to have too much sucess. They walk away a lot.Anglo American, Lonmin, Indophil and others.Lonmin sp fell 26% after the deal fell through.Xstrata is 40% owned by Glencore which has 2 members on the board Willy Strothotte and Ivan Glasenberg who sound slightly thuggish.Glencore has allegedly been involved in dubious dealings with rogue states.Xstrata wil be lucky to get 25% by next Friday.Based on past history Xstrata will walk away again.Sin-Tang doesn't really have to do anything except sit on their 12%
