Thanks Bubwell and good pickup re: US daylight savings.
I guess the idea would be to close cut-off time to 30-60mins before the start of the US session.
Anything past midnight our time wont be preferable. My understanding is the Dow will open 11:30pm our time (previously 12:30pm) which means the cut-off time should be 11pm our time (instead of mid-night). Could someone please confirm?
