JimBoots, expanding the present facility capacity is hardly going to be hardship, just as they quickly did on the BioHorizons deal. They will indeed likely need new facilities at various stages of their production as demand increases, in the US, EU and Asia. Surely these are not really big issues/problems and simply part and parcel of a progressing business?
Isn't "I am selling more product than I can supply" the one problem businesses don't mind having?
Having to expand the present facility's capacity to cope with demand , and even building a new facility, is perhaps a problem to welcome.
