Current MC is $89M. If PAA are trying to raise the whole $20M for a phase 2 trial then that is about 22% dilution ..or rather your current holding will be worth 78% of what it is today assuming you do not participate. Worse us mere mortal SHs may be excluded as so called 'sophisticates' take the whole pie.
Previous BoD had a history of giving current SHs priority and discount etc. Let's see what these guys do.
