Mud loss unfortunately is common in fractured reservoirs, the nature of these fractures also makes it difficult to counter this issue. It might be something that AP needs to consider having on-site equipment/product to acid wash prior to any flow test moving forward.
It's just like normal offshore GOM to fracc reservoirs prior to production and therefore it's not mentioned to shareholders.
Each time a well is shut in it probably would require a washout or fracc to get production back to where it was.
