The Directors are putting up $1.6m
An experienced lead manager has been appointed, the lead manager gets a fee and some options if they place any shortfall. The lead manager stands to gain if there is a shortfall so they are probably happy with the share price fall.
The tax loss sellers are doing what they normally do around this time of the year.
Like I said, stay calm, the fundamentals are all there, it's a tough market and it's a tough time of the year but DTR has done all that it can to position itself for success.
