mike haynes to pull a tac out of his boot

In a couple of days all sorts of things are going to change for Mike Haynes, regarding his ability to move the company forward from explorer to producer.

Either late Tuesday or early Wedsnesday our time,we will find out if the Fremont County Commissioners have rolled the ( Planning Commissioners AKA - The Tallahassee Hippies AKA - TAC -Tallahassee Area Community)again as they did with the previous disputed CUP ( Conditional Use Permit). I'm quietly confident they will, albeit with a few minor conditions attached to appease the Hippies.

I'm sorry if I sound like I have contempt for TAC, but it's obvious that I do. Nothing personal in nature, just the tactics and attacks with frivolous ongoing legal action ( which they consistantly lose ) on just about every decision that went against them.

If they get rolled AGAIN on Tuesday, are they going to run to court crying fowl AGAIN? What really gets my goat is they have the nerve to put on their website homepage that
" That real estate salespeople and developers, didn't disclose to homeowners and landholders when they purchased, that they were sitting on or were located very near to, an historic uranium mining area". Sorry people, it's neither our fault nor our problem, that the people you paid to do your conveyancing didn't have your best interests at heart.

The upside of all the stone walling from TAC, is that both the $AUD ($US payments re- Definitive agreement with STB) and the Uranium price have both headed north in the interim making the project more lucrative, by the day.

I am also very interested in that volume spike just recently, and whose holdings may have increased/decreased. BLR's share register is wide open, with no one holding a significant parcel, which may point to a placement of significant size ( 10% - 15%) at a premium to a friendly party wanting substantial future control. This would be a winner all round - capital injection, options in the money, backing of a big player, project ramping up.

Am I just dreaming? we will find out sooner or later.
