It's not enough capital by any means. But I only chose that figure because analysts have previously said that a capital raise of more than $50M was unlikely to be possible. Mind you, the SP was far north of its current position when I read that.
On to your numbers.
To raise $180M at NZ$0.25 per share (10% discount to current trading) would require 720M new shares.
The dilution would put this at $NZ0.063 per share.
