I wouldn't call Cuba exotic. It's more a destitute Russian lap dog. For a bit of history, people should research AVZ and how the Chinese take control of World class resources in countries they hold influence over. The Cuban Government will let MAY do the work and then Nationalise the asset. You know how much power the Australian Government sway in DRC or Cuba. Zilch.
