Anyway, since I am annoying I will stop posting on EXR threads (and probably hotcopper in general). I thought there might be some decent discussion on here, but there really isn't much. Any remotely negative sentiments (no matter how technically relevant/factual, or how minimally negative they are) are swamped by holders using irrelevant, or misunderstood, information to show how positive the outlook is. That's not all holders, some do provide some useful stuff (@BasVermeulen's posts above are a good example).

I know, I know - no one cares.
