observe carefully when turning on light switches.
recheck digital clock/watch digits
look at your at your hands
watch emotions, feelings, reactions, impulses etc.
watch breathing as much as possible.
get up at 3am or 4am for 30mins then go back to bed.
your experience shows how tricky the conditioned mind can be.
