I would suggest that if the MD and board merely leveled with investors we could have made better choices as to where we put our money and potentially, to use your words, "could have become millionaires" but through another vehicle.

I would like nothing more than to see this company achieve its objectives but the twisty turny direction that they have taken since the issuance of the prospectus says loudly "buyer beware": While this is a rule used mainly in property transactions it can apply to buying shares too. This rule's intention is not to protect sellers (MD's, Chairman of the board) who engage in fraud or bad faith dealing by making false or misleading representations about the quality or condition of their product, read company. It just states the concept that a purchaser (share buyer) must examine, judge, and test a product (company)considered for purchase themselves.

We have known for a long time that all announcements made to date have been somewhat gilded lillies. We find out now (from the "disappointed" chairman) that there have been no sales. This is coming from the same chairman that has been saying that there have been sales!! Yet in every quarterly report there has been no sales revenue recorded. Realistically, should any investor be surprised with the results to date? We know that the financial results have not backed up the announcements and we have known this for at least two years now. Can this board and MD be trusted with our money? Track record to date says "no". So what does an investor do? Well an investor would continue to minimise risk while maximising return. Cold hard facts are what we (investors) should be basing our decisions on. On the other hand if we are merely speculators then we must accept higher risk levels in the hope that we hit pay dirt. If we are speculators then the chances are that in most cases we will come up covered in mud. Buyer beware!!!

For any investment be emotionally detached, skim over the glossy pages and read the financial section diligently. If the financials don't back up the glossy stuff we have been warned.

I am looking forward to this current quarters results. If they are making the gains that they say they are I may very well get back in.
