That’s a difficult one to answer.
I believe the Tesla deal is 100% conditional on LTR declaring commercial production (before 01st Dec 2025).
Is that likely to happen in the current pricing environment and with economic headwinds? I don’t think so.
It may be a case of going to litigation…
